Catholics!

Where in the Bible does it mention the corination of Mary?

I work at a Catholic school and they have posters covering the corination of Mary, but I don't recall reading that in the Bible... So what gives?

Before anyone starts starts shaking a Bible at me, consider this: If God created the universe, could He have not created a world fully capable of evolving into its present state?

Anyone who considers using the Intelligent Design theory, please be certain that you know what I.D. is before you start typing. (Hint: It is NOT the scenario described above.)

No rude, hateful, or ignorant comments, please. If you don't have something intelligent to say, don't bother answering this question.

Even the innocent sometimes perish with no warning. Is the creation itself affected by our selfish sin as well as our loved ones. Is it true than no man is an Island

I had recently gone to Circuit City and Best Buy looking for something. I've noticed that there are more men than women working in those two stores. The thing is, since I was a women I was treated unfairy as to if I was born a guy I think I would have gotten a decent customer service. Do you think it's territorial meaning I shouldn't have gone because those kind of stores are for "Men" only or what's going on in our world today? Has any other women experienced this before?

Can it be considered hilarious or rude to just walk up behind and yank then down. They are so gross and make a guy walk funny that I think it would be a blast----just too chicken.

Gawd, I get so tired of the ignorant things people ask and post here, so here's a request for some non-specific signs of intelligent life here in Yahoo Answers...

Please state, in 10 words or less, the most intelligent thing that you can think of to say right now.

No particular subject, but please do keep it civil and non-offensive. Purposeless hostility or offense, or misplaced vulgarity only shows an absence of intelligence, therefore doesn't fit this query. Saying something amusing is acceptable tho, non-offensive humor can be perfectly intelligent.

Thanks everyone for your intelligent contributions. :)

It is also a widely accepted way of not taking responsiblity for one's actions. Additionally , the need to believe in fantasy is a true sign of an immature psyche. Being part of the popular religion of the time makes one feel superior, yet prone to indignation when challenged. partaking in the popular religion of the time gives one an imagined license to separate the world into US and THEM. thus giving the imagined license to belittle THEM. It's like the Mets fans in NY, just as unreasonable. Do you agree?

For Christians who know the Bible please give me the right verses. God is revealing all things nowadays to those who are following Christ's law. He will not reveal the answer to the wicked.
Daniel 12:10...none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

I'm turning 21 in 3 months and my friends have already expressed the notion of taking me to the bar for my first drink. Problem is, I don't drink and I don't want to start. Is there a way I can get my friends to understand and to have an alcohol free 21st birthday party?
