Some people are born leaders and seem to always take the lead when there is a group of people. Others seem to like to have a leader to follow and look to for guidance. It is just human nature.
Having said that you do come across folks that are just too big for their own boots and like to have the last say - I am guessing this is what you are really getting at and my answer is, just because they are up their own bottom and sometimes because they are bullies as children, don't learn that it is wrong and think that they can carry on bullying and pushing people around as adults. Hopefully, one day, these sorts will meet their match and be taken down a peg or two!

some people feel down & ashamed & they think if they be the boss they can get attention. people do tat because their not confortable w/ themselfs & they want the people around them not 2 now so they hide by acting so they act all big and tough so the people around them won't suspect anythin'!

They think they are better than you. They feel slef important when they can boss others around.

Some lead..others follow. I hate people who are followers and try to lead ...those get on my nerves.

People who are bossy, generally are covering up for their insecurities or fears. It's a cover-up so people like yourself want challenge them or find them out.
