No, I don't think its even good fiction. Star Wars is a much better, so is the Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter.

If the bible were fiction indeed the greatest work...there is no way common men from thousands of years ago could write such things without devine inspiration...so I see your point it is indeed an amazing book if you are not a Christian even more so if God can use his word to reveal even more.....The fact that those who claim Athiesm are so inthralled with biblical teachings is further proof of how amazing this book that hyas lasted through the ages from the time of Moses is.

No. Fahrenheit 911 was the best work of fiction, with Earth in the Lurch coming in a close second. We won't even mention Inconvenient truth.

Certainly not. You ever actually sit down and read the thing? Zzzzz.

Edit: Wait... let me see if I understand this right... "It's true because it's a book." Did you really just say that? It's true because it's on paper? You know what? Forget, you're a good man. So good in fact that I have a little real estate transaction I'm gonna let you in on. I don't do this for just anyone, mind you. Now, have you heard of the "Golden Gate Bridge"? You have? Excellent....

Not fiction. A collection of stories as people remember them. Same as someone's diary. The books are written through different people's eyes. Yes, there are obvious exaggerations, but would not call the entire thing fiction.

If you can't believe some of it, what can you believe?

1.)Read the book of Daniel.
2.) Read the book of Revelation.
3.) Look around (society and news).

Actually, it's a terrible work of fiction too. It's terribly hard to follow the story line and is full of plagiarism.
