Move. The sooner you make the effort, the sooner it will occur.

There weren't sufficient details to understand what is preventing you from moving to New York, but here's the deal:
1. You have a goal to move to New York.
2. Come up with a plan as to how to achieve that goal.
3. Break it down into small steps that you can easily accomplish.
4. Take a step. Then another. Then another. You will eventually reach your goal.

Good luck.

All you can do is DO your part to make it happen and the rest is luck. You need income in New York and a place to stay in NY. If you know anybody there, contact them and ask if you can stay there until you get a job and your own place. Do some of these things and the rest is fate. Personally, I'd pick a better part of the city. I live in New York state.

I have a little sister who is your age, and I'm gonna talk to you as if you were my little sister. Sweetheart, its ok to like boys every now and then--because they sure can be cute, but please dont waste your time chasing after some boy. You are 15 sweetie. You should focus on your life right now. Get involved in high school clubs that you'll have fun in--whether its sports, cheerleading, writing, or maybe even Spanish club. Do something to occupy your time and have fun. Its ok to keep in touch with that boyfriend of yours, but keep it clean. Remember that many teenagers are being infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Also, many teens are getting infected by Sexually Transmitted Diseases like herpes, gonnoreah, chlamydia, and genital warts, which causes uterine cancer in women. There is no cure for herpes and genital warts because they are viruses, just like HIV.
Now that you are getting older, you must begin to educate yourself about sexual health. Go to this website that will educate you about STD's. Click on the link called 'PHOTOS'--because you need to see what can happen to you if you don't use condoms--and if you engage in promiscuious sex (because condoms dont protect you from herpes & genital warts because its a skin-to-skin contact disease). I am telling you all the things I would tell my little sister. Remember there was a song in the 80's "you dont have to take your clothes off--to have a good time-uh-ha". Talking, spending time together, can actually be more rewarding--especially at your age.

Make plans, save up some money and when you have enough, just do it.

Dreams don't just happen. You have to work for them.
