Catholics!

Where in the Bible does it mention the corination of Mary?

I work at a Catholic school and they have posters covering the corination of Mary, but I don't recall reading that in the Bible... So what gives?

Not there. They must have added to the Bible and forgot to give you the version with that in there.

There is no mention anywhere in the Bible of Mary being coronated. If you are referring to her beatification (making her a Saint) that can't be in the Bible because it's always done after the person is dead and the Roman Catholic church didn't even exist for at least a couple hundred years after the last word was written.

As for Catholics in general: if you can, move away from them and study their rituals objectively. You'll see how much they've perverted The Word.

Revelation 12:1 the woman clothed with the sun and a crown of twelve stars is Mary.

Revelation 12:1 and 5

Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman with the sun, standing on the moon, and with twelve stars on her head for a crown...The woman brought a male child into the world, the son who was to rule all the nations with an iron sceptre, and the child was taken straight up to God and to his throne.

12:1 shows the coriantion.

12:5 demonstraits that this is Mary, because she was the woman that brought the "male child into the world...who was to rule all the nations..."

Just more Catholic lies...like those 4 extra bible books, and Mary going BODILY to heaven, and the pope being infallible.

It's a new one to me too. Ask them where it is. If they don't give you an anwser or the one you are looking for, find another church.

There are only 2 reasons why they wouldn't answer you
1.) Because it's not there and they are taking it out of context
2.) It's a cult

(There are all types of cults in all types of churches - the only way to tell a true cult is when you aren't allowed to ask questions or don't get the answers you are seeking)

You don't see it because it isn't in there! In revelation it talks about the woman giving birth to a baby but the woman represents the true church, not Mary.

It doesn't, that is a Catholic tradition. Biblically, Mary was chosen by God, yes, but still only human. There is even a record of her death.

there is no such entry in God's Word. the catholics just assume that mary is queen of heaven just because she compassed Jesus. the Trinity was and will always be a Trinity, not four. they made it up.
i'm sure mary felt honored enough to be the one chosen in the entire line of judah to carry Jesus the Son of God. wow!
