Well I want to know because I talked to some locals in Brown County and they freaked and said they didn't want to talk about that crazy place and my friend was driving a kid home and he told her we had to go through podunk and she slammed on the brakes and freaked out saying she didn't want to go through there so whats the deal with it i've heard stories about a black truck just poppin up outta nowhere and chasing you and if you slam on the brakes the truck goes right through your car, a bridge that if you stop on you can here a child scream and if you shut your car off and count to 30 if you dont turn it on b4 you get to 30 your car dies, hearing gunshots hitting your car but when you get out and look theres no holes in the car and an abandon house that you flash a light on a certain spot on the celling and then put your foot on the 1st step and then shine the light back there's blood now dripping from that spot. so anyone have any other weird stuff happen to them ?

I've been thinking that the search for the truth is like trying to get from New York to San Francisco without any street signs.

Group 1 claims that if you follow this road and avoid any detours, you'll reach SF. However they've never travelled the road, nor have they ever reached the city. Their directions are based on an old treasure map.

Group 2 on the other hand say they're not sure how to get there so their directions are vague. Head towards the sunset. If you hit the Grand Canyon you're too far south, if you see glaciers you're too far north. As we get more detail we'll let you know.

Group 3 says that like Camelot, Avalon, and Atlantis...San Francisco doesn't exist. Might as well stop looking for it.

Group 4 says that you must follow a different road than group 1, and that 70 virgins are waiting for them on the West coast.

Group 5 says that you can take any road you like, but the further of course you go, the longer it will take you the next time you travel

If I knew how, I'd set it up right away. Don't you just hate the way they keep taking over everything and preaching all the time and denying scientific fact. How can they be so blind, so stupid, so ignorant, so delusional?

I mean, how does someone accept christianity and all it's lies? It's so irrational. It's like something out of 1984, they're just persuading themselves to believe things they know aren't true. How can someone do that though? I just don't understand.

I would welcome comments from Christians if you try to make a relevant contribution to try to help me understand in rational terms. But please don't preach to me or post quotes from your story book you call the bible, because I won't waste time reading it.

i am constantly dreaming about snakes and it is really scary,and last night i had a dream about some girl in the dark that i cannot see,that wants to kill me,and i woke up sweating myself to death !!
what does this mean,i am really worried abour my dreams,also last time i had a dream about two snakes fighting with eachother,when i came out of some house i dont even know,the two snakes came straight for my face,what the hell is that !! im worried,i dream allot about these sort of things,SOMEONE PLSE HELP SOLVE THESE DREAMS.

Why do you believe in the religion that you do, when there is no concrete evidence of the religion being true, and often disregard part of the teachings in the book. If it is out dated then why do you still feel a need to follow the religion

I live on a beautiful stretch of beach on the Northwest coast. Every 4th of July this area attracts literally thousands of tourists. Supposedly they come here to celebrate the birth of our great nation.

What I don't understand is: why do they leave behind such a terrible mess? It seems kind of silly to celebrate your love for America by finding the most gorgeous spot you can, then defiling it with exploding trash.

If these people really love their country, shouldn't they pick up after themselves? It doesn't seem like too much to ask.

Supposedly a true story...
Mr. Johnson, a businessman from Wisconsin, went on a business trip to Louisiana. He immediately sent an e-mail back home to his wife, Jennifer (JenJohnson@AOL.com). Unfortunately, he forgot his wife's exact e-mail address and the e-mail ended up going to a Mrs.Joan Johnson (JJohnson@AOL.com) of New Jersey, the wife of a preacher who had just passed away. The preacher's wife took one look at the e-mail and promptly fainted.
