I've heard that the only "true" Americans are of Native American descent. The rest who are of European, Asian, and African descent aren't "true" Americans (even if they were born in the America's). What about those of us who are of both Native American and European (or Asian, or African) descent? Are we considered "true" Americans?

I understand that their history goes back to another country, but they were born in America. That makes them an American. Plan and simple. Otherwise, if we all were to include or history, most of us would be something like a Dutch-German-English-Amercian or Spanish-Poland-Swedish-American or .....

I notice that words are made plural by mistake, words are not pronounced correctly, many new-age words have been created, etc ..... I think that this would make it difficult in school, when writing a paper, is it?

Obviously threre is freedom of speech.... but it seems that communication becomes difficult to understand. Do you think that the english language and the correct way of speaking has changed in the last ten years?

(Who knows even I, in this question may not use correct english. )

i used to live in a house with a long corridor separating my parents room from mine and my little brother's when i was little. my mum later told me that she used to hear little footsteps running up and down the corridor at night, but when she got up to check on us we were asleep. in the same house i had a doll with shoes you could put on and take off.. one day i put them on her, turned around for a second and when I turned back, they were sitting 2 feet away in a little pair. please tell me if you have any weird stories....

Do you think it could affect whether you would date them or not?
Say you loved someone 100%, but you hated their dress sense etc and found them embarrassing in public/infront of friends as they are "uncool".
Would this bother you?
Or not at all?
....be honest now! lol

Hi

I not really religious or anything so if I am totally on the wrong track here correct me. I went to a funeral today and I saw this priest smoking down atleast 2 to 3 cigarettes withthin an hour. I believe this day and age everyone know that ciagrettes can cause cancer. Let's say the priest happens to get lung cancer which would means he slowly killed himself . I have heard a 1000 times that commiting suicide is mortal sin in the eyes of God. My questions is, by him knowing ciagrettes can cause a deadly illness and he still somkes anyway is that a form of suicide. I would say YES! it"s just a really slow form as I have already stated. Would like any other input please.
