I've heard that the only "true" Americans are of Native American descent. The rest who are of European, Asian, and African descent aren't "true" Americans (even if they were born in the America's). What about those of us who are of both Native American and European (or Asian, or African) descent? Are we considered "true" Americans?

Opinion is opinion.

The way I look at it, where you're born and raised, that's what you are. I can't help it that my grandparents came here from Italy. They were Italian. I was born here, I'm American. Native Americans? Guess what? Before their ancestors got to this Continent, they came from somewhere else too. So what.
