How can we know the true works of the Bible when some of it has been altered by the Catholic church before letting the common man read it? Is the Bible inerrant -- without error?

I realyl do this alot. especialyl after modeling all day on the sunny beach in my bikini. I then go home and lay on the coush with my possom pet. her name is elga by the ways. then i fart and have to smell it. I even keep a journal on the type of smells i have daily. Is there a way i can stop this or does everyone else really do this? has htis happened to anyone?

the bible is 1st century symbolic literature written by people writing nothing other than that. The bible has many flaws - Including the bigotry towards homosexuals. I am not a homosexual but no man should be looked down upon for thier sexual preference. The bible teaches nothing but bigotry. Tell me otherwise. And PLEASE DO NOT speak of the bible as though it was fact because it is NOT!!!

Thats not right and the police are called and the hospital personel treat you like your trash. No compassion your already hurting so much that you want to stop your life. Once I was in the emergency room and a young man had overdosed and was vomiting and the nurses were saying to each other I hope he chokes on his vomit and they were just standing there.

This really pisses me off. In todays sociaty if you dont do at least 70mph. on the highway, youre going to get ran off the road. These people are dangerous because you have to somehow find a way to get on the highway without being killed in the process because you get behind some ***-wipe like that.

he meant he is the son of god like we are all chidren of god?

i'm a muslim but i'm not like that. and one more question is, why do you believe that quran teaches us to be terrorist? have you ever read it??? we are not muslims and i have many many christian friends and they are always telling me that they thought the same, but they don't know why they did and when they met muslim people, they really loved them. if you know a terrorist that makes trouble around him, he is not a muslim i say for sure. please don't think like that i read some questions and answers tells that we are terrorists(!) and i cried for so long. please tell me i want to learn why it is?

July 4th weekend is here. While most people are excited cause they get a four-day weekend, I have to work every day this week and will not have the extra money for a party.
But that's not the point. I always hate holiday weekends because, for cashiers, it means one thing: we have to sell more booze. So today, while smelly drunkards came in buying cases of beer, I came to a point where I got tired of it. I don't even like booze. My father was an alcoholic, he died from the effects of it to his health. I can't stand the smell of it, and I can barely stand to touch it.
Now at this point, I know what people are thinking: if you don't like it, find a new job. But I ask you, what new job? Being a waitress? Being a flight attendant? Clerking in a gas station? I'm an unskilled worker, the only jobs I can get are customer service. And going to college is not an option right now, trust me.
So what's left, doing fast food for minimum wage? Why do I have to choose between my morals and my paycheck

I am curious why certain religions, more then others, tend to knock door to door to tell everyone about their faith and beliefs?
The local Jehovahs, CONSTANTLY knock on neighborhood doors and try to engage everyone in an hour long chat about how great their religion is. And that is fine! That is great. I feel if you love your religion, embrace it. But I don't get why they have to go to stranger's houses to try and get others to join them.
At least if I knew of Christians, Protestants, Jewish, Baptists, etc., coming to your door, I won't feel so confused. At least in my area, the knocking people are Jehovah's but in my old neighborhood they were Mormons. I have put up a sign in my front door's window saying " ATTENTION RELIGIONS! The Bible doesn't need door-to-door salesman, it sells itself!"
I'd like to hear from those that know the answer or at least have had other religions at their door (christians, catholic, etc.).
