I have a Collins Cobuild English-English dictionary for advanced learners right now, but I find that it is not complete enough.

Are we once saved, always saved? Or can you lose your salvation if you’re a Christian but have sin in your life? What if you don't have the assurance that you have a place in heaven, even though in the past you asked Jesus for forgiveness, excepted Him into your life and felt the fire / zeal of being a true Christian. Will God send a Christian to hell, despite past conversion, if when they stand at the judgement bar they are there and then in a backslidden state? Does sin actually mean death after conversion, or just before? How do you not cheapen grace? Which is correct: Calvinism or Arminianism? If we can lose our salvation, does that mean we will live in constant fear of losing our salvation? Isn’t fear of lost salvation contrary to the joy that people are supposed to have as true Christians? Is it now politically incorrect to condemn sin as actually being sin and in turn condemning people who have sin their lives?

If there had been God then this thing would never have happened. Why bad uncultured persons live their whole life happily whereas good honest cultured persons live miserably and die earlier than wicked persons.

Other European countries have national costumes, feast days, days of celebration; the Scots celebrate Hogmanay, Burns Night; the Irish celebrate St Patrick's Day even in Trafalgar Square. Even the Americans have Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Hallowe'en (we have a very pale imitation). Here, St George's Day goes virtually unnoticed; there are no national celebrations - apart from, perhaps, local villagey ones, and all we do at Christmas is start buying in August and then overeat and get drunk. Is it the fault of the Industrial Revolution? The Break with Rome that we have no Saints' Days?

Especially the scene where a religion is created, a messiah is proclaimed, a schism occurs, heritics are attacked...... all within the space of a few minutes.

when Adam (pbuh) had no father why should jesus have?

I am 14 and have recentely decided to become Athiest. I have my reasons. I'm just wondering if that's ok, because everyone is telling me I'm being stupid, and I'm not sure if there's some deeper reason for them saying this. Can anyone tell me?

(i know athiesm is not technically a religion, but I didn't know what other section to put it in)

*Assume God in the context of Christianity does exist.
*Assume God did create the world.

Let's say God did create the first man, Adam, later on Eve, and the first man and woman had sex and "produced" their children. Then where did their children's offsprings come from? By "producing" among themselves?

I think it should be a criminal offence to be obese and should be punishable by prison. Yes I admit that a small percentage of fat people cant help it because they were born like it or have an illness but the majority (like 95%) of fatties are just fat because of their own greed, gluttony and selfishness. This is criminal to keep stuffing you face with pizzas and burgers while other people are starving to death. All fat people should go to prison untill they loose weight and change their eating habits. What do you think? It would save money for the NHS and general resources.

Why does the Americans divorce so much? Do they take a bit lightly on the marriage. Fast marriage and fast divorce. Should they stop the divorce system like Reno (Divorce the same day)?

I see lots of people suffer because of poverty and physical disabilities since born. I feel lucky and guilty at the same to them cos they suffer and I'm not. Why do they have to suffer?
