To those who think that anything non-christian is a cult...

There ARE christian cults. Don't be deceived. Any christian denomination that focuses on division or insists that their members have little or no contact with "non-believers" is a cult.

lets try this one. there are levels of organized religion. This can be learned in a sociology class in a college. a cult is one of the first levels of any of the organized religions that are strongly established today. The christian Protestant Churches all broke off from the catholic church (Protestant/protest), they were all cults at one point. Some cults do not make it past this status, and some make it through until they are known and have millions of members world wide.

Religion could be good or bad. Some cults tho bad in the religious and moral sense, portray (or deceive ppl that they have) a good image. Most cults are full of and are based on 'lies'. You live a lie if you get in...and it's hard to get out most times.

a cult is any religion that does not acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord.. So Gods spirit wont cohabit-ate were it is rejected and the dark forces take over and you have a godless religion and satanic powers take over and they become full blown cults!
