When ordering a drink at a bar, are you supposed to tip everytime the bartender or waitress brings you a drink, especially in times when the beer or drinks are cheaper, such as happy hour? Or do you wait till your about to leave and leave a tip?

if it was legalized, it can be monitored, we can ensure mandatory testing/blood/hiv. employees involved can be taxed. my opinion is whether your for it or against it its going to be around forever, and it is currently in every country, even the ones if caught the penalty is death. it will also aleviate pressure on the justice system, jails will have more room and police can focus on more important crimes.

And also, can anyone live without a role model, or he/she must have one? What about people who grew up to become criminals, did they have criminal role models, or is it more common that it resulted from a psychological 'injury'?

A and B uses 'should'. C uses 'ought to'. Any differences in meaning between 'should' and 'ought to'?

A: I told you that you shouldn't drive so fast! You've just run into that blue car.

Heres why first animals in the wild are not attracted to the same sex humans are animals therfore they should not be attracted to the same sex.

Next gays lesbians ect are only popular in canada and america some other countrys dont even know people are attracted to the same sex because its simply not natural

Which is why i believe you cannot be born gay its a learned behavior.

or hell etc. These are simple people living in remote areas of Africa, Asia, the middle East, Australia , many of them can't read and have never heard of the Bible. NO ONE has told them that they need to accept someone named Jesus in order to have eternal life in heaven.

My question is, are they damned anyway? They haven't made a choice NOT to accept Jesus, because they've never heard of him. Are they STILL going to hell? And if so, why?

Please note, this is a simple religious question. It is not a criticism or condemnation of any religion or cultural belief system. Religious scholars ask this type of question all the time in order to better understand all religions as well as their own particular one.
