Actually, homosexuality has been observed in many animal species. So has necrophilia, though, so I don't believe it's a good argument to justify or condemn it in humans. We are the only animals capable of intellegent thought, not that you could tell it from this site.
Homosexuality is "popular" in Canada and America because you cannot be killed for it like in some Middle Eastern countries, so people aren't as inclined to hide their true feelings.
There have been homosexuals in every society has far back as we have the records to support.
Learn what you're talking about before you post your ignorance on the internet.
This answer brought to you without the benefit of spell check, because I payed attention in school more than in church.
Have a pleasant day.

Sorry - WHAT was your question again!?!! Your question was simply a statement!!! It seems you've used Yahoo Answers as an opportunity to post your bizarre view point on sexuality! Considering you've not even provided a question for us all to answer and the "who r u anyway" thing WHY should anyone be interested @ all in what you "believe"...."don't believe"...which is bad enough! but in between your i dont believe and do believe you have the audasity to state as FACT what is incorrect and ill informed anyway. No offence to you @ all but your post has really irritated me - which i AM entitled to say as you posted it as a question and invited me to respond! HOW CHILDISH can you get-honestly?! And i wasn't even aware there WAS a "little spellchecker"(WHICH, by the way, corrects the mis-spelling of words and not the grammar!)! It's called being articulate.... You are probably just trying to pay out on us all because you recieved a fairly bad response to your non-question!

You need to get your facts "straight" before proselytizing. Fully 10 % of all animals that walk on 2 or 4 legs are homosexual. Gays exist everywhere, and in many countries, marriage is normal. You know nothing about Europe, do you. IN fact, I doubt if you know much about anything outside your small church. So get with the facts. And, believe it or not, it isn't that hard to click on the spell checker. It is an insult to make people wade through bad spelling because you are too lazy to do it yourself.

You have the right to your opinion just as we all do. I don't agree with you though. It is probably really hard to be gay (even today) and many people would not CHOOSE that way of life. People are born the way they are. By the way, gays are everywhere. It's just accepted and talked about more in some places than others. By the way some people just naturally know how to spell and punctuate without a spell checker.(I've never used mine!)

Okay. First, it's not a choice to *be* gay or str8. Nor is it a learned behavior. You are who you are. I first realized I was gay when I was about 9 years old and that it scared the hell out of me. No way could I be gay, I thought. Not me. I didn't want to be. I tried to be interested in girls, I prayed, I fasted, I read the Bible, prayed more, cried, hated myself, told myself over and over again that this was not the person God wanted me to be, prayed even more----but at the end of the day, years later, I was still attracted to guys and not girls. It isn't a learned behavior--I was never abused, I didn't "play" around with my male friends--but I was attracted to them in the same way most boys are attracted to the girls they are around.
I just wish people would try to better understand those who are gay instead of condeming them and saying things like, "God will take care of them (hellfire and damnation)." Gay people are just people---*real* people who just are who they are.
The choice is not in being gay or str8, it's in accepting who you are, or denying and lying about who you are. I chose to accept it and know that this is how God made me---for whatever reason. The denying and lying was killing me. But now I can live and be happy. I am a Christian, and many people ask how can gay people be Christian. My answer: Jesus never condemned same gender attraction/relationships. Never.
And for those who quote Leviticus, there's plenty in Leviticus (the Holiness Codes) that many Christians (who object to homosexuality) don't even follow.

I know this will probably wreck your world, but I guess I'm gonna have to be the one to tell you... since your parents didn't have the balls to do it.
The world doesn't revolve around you. What you believe in or don't believe in has absolutely nothing to do with anything. Nobody cares. Not even a little bit.
PS Your parents should supervise your on line experience. Children should not be allowed to roam the Internet and let the world know how bad their parents are at controlling them.
Spend some time in the REAL world. It's not about you.

There are homosexual animals. There are homosexuals in other countries. All sexualities are learned behaviors. They are influenced by environment and genetics, they are not, however, a choice. Done looking stupid?
I have a question, did you think that by coming here and telling us your **** all of the homosexuals would suddenly give up their ways and be straight? Yeah, nice try, go bother someone else now.

i'm a Christian. it rather is my comprehend-how (from what I even have found out) and from my own theory that being gay, bisexual, or a lesbian is a decision. it rather is like people who're saddists and masochists. it rather is an allure or a fetish which you advance. I even have faith even however that it rather is a sin. it rather is asserted interior the Bible that a guy shouldn't lay with a guy as he does a woman and a woman shouldn't lay with a woman as she does a guy. i've got not got faith that it rather is organic and that i've got faith (as quickly as returned very own theory) that it rather is something that a man or woman does to fill a void of their existence. I even have had gay encounters with different adult men, so i do no longer want you to think of that i'm speaking out of my @$$ right here. the reason that I grew to become to those kin advance into because of the fact i could no longer locate that variety of sexual interest from the girls people that i advance into drawn to yet those adult men might supply it to me. I enjoyed it additionally because of the fact it advance into taboo, forbidden, or grimy. yet that left me finally feeling much greater empty than until now with guilt piled on suitable of it. i'm specific that there are people obtainable that incredibly are pleased with the call to advance into gay or bi, yet those people maximum in all probability have on no account felt the affection of Christ of their lives, no remember if by potential of selection or by potential of circumstances previous their administration. It does not recommend that I ought to hate them or throw stones at them. The Bible additionally tells us that it is not our place to decide our fellow guy and that we ought to constantly love eachother as Christ enjoyed us. Loving somebody and liking what they do are 2 quite a few issues. i wish that no remember what, you're incredibly happy and which you have a private courting with God. interior the top it rather is the only ingredient that counts in any case...

Why should we care what you believe? Are you gay? If not then you have no idea. Everyone has an opinion, that's fine, but don't come in the gay section and tell people that you think it's not natural. Why are straight people so concerned with gays?

You should believe...they're everywhere lmao!
Nah but I think you're right; it is a learned behavior. A lot of them will say no, they have been that way ever since they can remember but whose to say they didn't learn it before they could really remember everything? I think the earliest memory I have is when I was about three, but even then I already had my own views and personality :)
