Why is offensive to see the Ten Commandments on the wall anywhere or a Bible in a Hotel? Would it be no different for an Atheist to see a fictional poster like Garfield or a comic book in a hotel.. Seriously, why is it offensive that some people want to worship God?

Do you think it is safe in South Africa? I can not get a desend job because I'm white. My dad lost his job because they had to get the numbers right (more black people that white ones) I got robbed 4 times and when I reported it, the police asked me "what do you want us to do?..." Our ex vise-persident Jacob Zuma said yes to raping his niece and having sex with a family member, taking a shower after having sex prevent AIDS and its a womans 'job' to have sex... the list justs go on. He is scott free nothing happened to him. He is as free as a bird! Tell me you thoughts... (I'm no racist some of my best and closes friends are black and brown even they think it's wrong)

Everytime I go to a hotel room, there is a Bible in the main drawer. Do you think it is okay for people to leave it there? Do you think hotel staff should remove it if they see one? If not, should other religious materials be allowed to be kept there?

They say that jesus was supposed to return 1000 thousand years after his death, it has now been just over 2000 thousand years and yet we are still waiting for judgment day to come and hit us. My given name is Emily Ann. I have brown hair, blue eyes and i and 5'2. I like to play softball, swing around my friend's tree on a rope that her brother put up, and sing. due to heavy daily drinking I I was desperately weak and could hardly walk up to the toilet! I smelled of death as I lay in my room wanting and waiting to die... all the time. I was unmarried and without love. Would pray each night for death to come as a relief and it didnt. One night I saw Jesus saying.. come to me son I will set everything right.. I am not a Christian. My life started changing from that day onwards. Its two years from that day till now. I am happily married now and I have a child too!All this is thanks to that all powerful and incredibly kind and sweet God… Jesus. I have given up my older religion, Hinduism, which was impotent and vindictive! I am now healthy,. I do not drink and I exercise and am strong.My life has changed completely. He blessed me with health happiness and love and peace. Everything I tell you is the truth.. it all happened to me.I wish to share my testimony with millions of people, pls tell me how I can do this. Thanks!

When you see your sister off on a plane home, you pray she lands safely, but if the plane crashes, and she is hurt, you thank God she didn't die, but if she dies, you thank God she died quickly and say it all happens for a reason. Why bother praying for a safe plane trip to begin with? Que sera, sera, no? And whatever does happen, we thank God no matter what, even though we asked Him for a safe flight... I'm not doing a good job wording this question well, but hopefully the gist gets across.

I always thought it was 2 terms, but I heard F.D.R. was in office 12 years, which if your good at math, and know how long is a presidenctaul term, then you would know thats 3 terms, so how long is it, and if it is 2, when did it change from whatever it was, to what it is now
