It wasn't an affair. They were married. And even if he did, why is everyone always picking on Jesus? Seriously, everyone's always trying to prove that he was bad or worng or didn't exist or something. If people want to believe that Jesus is the saviour, then let them. Why are people that choose not to believe so concerned about Jesus?

by all reality, Jesus probably would have been married beings that he was a rabbi. perhaps Mary Magdalene was his wife, and anything that went on between them is completely acceptable if they were married.

Whether he did or didn't (I'm NOT going to get into another "the da vinci code is the truth/is made up crap" debate), I wouldn't consider it an affair unless either of them was married to someone else. Who cares if he loved a woman or not anyway? Everyone is so concerned about details, does it honestly matter if he had a wife? Does that mar him in some way or make him less of a savior?
