if someone told you to change one thing in your life what would it be?

Two dreams recently. I already asked about one, and if it's not too much, I'd also like a bit of feedback on this second one.
I remember going with all of my theatre friends to a cabin over the summer, in the mountains. I think it was after we all graduated. A bit of a reunion or something. All I know is that we were all supposed to meet up there at a specific time. One of my friends, whom I have recently developed feelings for (not long after having this dream, in fact), was flying his own small airplane to the cabin. I have no idea why.
He never showed up, so we sent out a search party, and after three days of looking, they found a crash site and a body. The announcement was delivered to all of us that he had lost control of the plane at some point and crashed.
I remember feeling really numb in the dream. Almost like I wasn't sure how to react.
I woke up feeling sad and I was terrified to go back to sleep.
Please, can someone give me an idea of what they think about this?

This goes deep. Someone has had a bad life, bad things done to them, and, for some unknown reason, bad things just keep happening. Actual person (not me...family): sexual torture, cancer, amputation, bad skin condition, feeling of being ugly and not wanted, divorce; alone and choosing to live miles away from family......???

I don't know why this happens to me, I like someone from church, he likes me too, but whenever I see him in church, either walking in or from my seat, I look away almost in a violent way, I make it so obvious I'm scared of him, but yet I like him so much, he likes me too, but this is a never ending circle, we look at each other and I always look away, I want to talk to him, but just the thought makes me want to run away & I don't think I could utter a word, (I am soooo scared) I wrote him a letter about a dream I had of him, I want to put it on his windshield but don't dare, please help!!!

does reading peoples questions that you know (IE people you know that ask questions, just to simplify that sentence, it sounded a little confusing!) give you a further insight to the goings on of that persons mind?

In order for evidence to be of value to the case it must be
sent to the lab.

-handled with gloved hands only.

-fully documented at all stages of the investigation.

- collected and studied only by the forensic scientists.

-photographed.

If you found a letter at the scene of a crime how might it be processed for evidence?
labeled with a felt-tip marker and stored in cellophane

- study the person’s handwriting to identify the criminal’s personality type

-examine the design, shape and structure of the letters and words

- don’t bother looking for finger prints, it is just paper

- all of the above

In document analysis which item and evidence do not match?
paper type-->age of the document

-handwriting-->period of time over which document was produced

- ink type-->age of document

- letter structure-->specific machine or instrument used to produce document

-handwriting-->attitude and emotion of the author at the time of writing

My father-in-laws marriage is falling apart. Why? He's in la la land day in and day out. He doesn't concentrate well on tasks, and recently was placed on disability with his employer because he can't stay focused at work.

Does he want to get a new job? No. Is he concerned about how the bills are going to be paid? No.

He's not concerned about anything. He is a Christian but has a warped view and just repeats "God will provide".

He doesn't concern himself with any of the affairs of the house, paying bills, organizing the budget, cleaning the home, doing laundry, keeping himself showered and clean.

He does what he wants to do when he wants to do it. He recently went to a counselor provided by his work. He didn't even mention he was having marital problems! Yet that's all he can talk about when I'm around him.

I'm coming to the conclusion there is something wrong in his head. He's had brain surgery twice in his life, but he'll never admit he has a problem.

What's wrong?

I've seen my Physics teacher ask every one of my friends their favorite color and food and correctly guess each one's mindset (introvert/extrovert, nerd/easygoing and the like). So, what's the trick?

Also, please tell me, if possible, what other seemingly trivial things can give a person's mind away and how.

I would appreciate really expert answers for the last part.

I assure everybody I will NEVER misuse this info

i visited the url

titled "God of Contradictions"

here the author says that the "Reason" is only a small faculty out of several other faculties and it cannot be the sole and the ultimate arbiter in deciding the questions related the world, god, existence, essence, knowledge etc.

Love, compassion, bliss, blessings and prayer (in the heart) etc. are all examples of non argumentative existence where the reason is never addressed to.

what do you say?

I think it all depends on the situation. If you have exhausted every other avenue for help with the problems that make you feel that way then go ahead. I know there is lots of help out there but it doesn't always work or help the person.

Suicide being selfish isn't that a bit of an Oxymoron - isn't it selfish to ask someone to do what you want to do, not what they want.

I have suffered from depression for many years now, my wife left me because she couldn't handle my depression, the last of my family disowned me because I suffer from depression and I had to take care of my schizophrenic father because they wouldn't.
I have sought help and been turned down , made a couple of suicide attempts that might have been cries for help but you figure they wouldn't send me home after I swallowed over 150 pills or stuck my feet out of the bushes so I could be found later because I put a plastic bag over my head and waited to suffocate ( I guess i used too big of a bag)so next time i get in a funk i will just do it and not cry for help.

Is it selfish of me for not wanting to take anymore taxpayers dollars because I am on a disability or for the medications supplied, or is that just caring about others.

For me that would never be a possibility to have 100% trust.

I know that I will never have that with anyone. I will always doubt and I loathe this about me.

What does it feel like to have 100% trust and how did you achieve this state where you fully KNOW they will not cheat on you or hurt you?

Yet I am frozen. Can't do it. 0 energy. I think I am so stressed that I am in shock and refuse to act/react.

What can I do? Pleaaaaaaseeee??????? I need to do this!
