here the author says that the "Reason" is only a small faculty out of several other faculties and it cannot be the sole and the ultimate arbiter in deciding the questions related the world, god, existence, essence, knowledge etc.

Love, compassion, bliss, blessings and prayer (in the heart) etc. are all examples of non argumentative existence where the reason is never addressed to.

Do you know that the queen of sciences physics says that there is a limit to the human efforts to know the reality in objective terms? Science stops there. Language does not have a diction for that domain.

Heisenberg in his “Uncertainty Principle” and Einstein in his “General Theory Of Relativity” have discussed that limitation on the human efforts. The details are there in my article itself.

If the sciences, through their objective methodology are unable to go there and the languages become silent there then and therefore in each and ultimate piece of knowledge there must be a "Non Verbal Component of Cognition". Learned ones call it subjectivity.
The conclusion arrived at is not a fanatic conclusion or a faith based conclusion but it comes from an area where the reason has no power to climb. You have to live it by yourself to be aware of that area. Those who, in the name of reason or arguments try to sway people, do injustice to the humanity.
The reason and for that matter the arguments go only that much of distance which can be covered by the distance by the language. This aspect has also been discussed in the article. In fact without going through the article making a passing remark is an injustice to the article, the asker and the author all.
Only those who have not learnt either of the subjectivity and the objectivity do plead that the objective knowledge is the ultimate knowledge. Objectivity is always a part of the knowledge of the essence. Its proportion may vary in each circumstance.

I think he is wrong, without just Love and compassion the world would be in total chaos, and we have enough trouble already, I wouldn''t call it small, more like large.
