LULZ your questions are always in my network, so I'm gonna start answering them =)

Failure is my biggest motivation, i know what I'm capable of achieving, so if i don't get it the first time round, then i make damn sure i get it the next time. I guess the ultimate motivator is money though. I'm selfish =(

Is it Sara? Did I guess it right? Anyway on to your question:

When I fail, I take the "it's not the end of the world" approach. I mean I'm still living, breathing, I have a house, a car, a beautiful daugther and fiance. I take the "look on the bright side" approach to life. Because things could ALWAYS be worst.

My life doesn't end because I failed at something. 'Tis life right?

I also take my failures and try to become stronger. Do better next time. Or try harder, study harder, work harder, and never feel like "I can't". Anything is possible, many sucessful people were told they couldn't do something. But they did it.

It's the way u view and think of failure. A failure only results when you don't learn a valuable lesson or you fail to analyze and make corrections, adjustment to go back and try again to succeed.

The famous Dyson vacuum cleaner... I watched an interview with the designer. He stated it failed 4,999 before they achieve success. Each of those 4,999 times was learning to improve and change the design til the team felt it met all their goals.

These were people looking at a glass of water being half full vs. those who look at the same glass as half empty. You choose to be positive, and determined or negative and a quitter.

It's Better to Fail Trying, Then Not Trying At All.
Failure is a Learning Experience.

dont worry about it at all but rather make notice of the points that contributed towards your failure so the next time you would be more careful. think about your future, and think about the goals that you have set and how you will achieve them... this will keep your motivation up.. a failure should not dampen your spirits but rather you should come up with new plans to solve your problem.

and always have good friends by your side to support you and cheer you up when you are feeling down.

Well...I always try to think of it not as a failure, but as a minor setback. in those situations i always motivate myself by pointing out the positive aspects of that experience, and thinking about what i can learn from it.

I always keep this thought: "I fail for a purpose. And God is planning something more better than the thing I failed to do."

Happened to me a lot of times... 5 years ago, I failed to save my ex's life. But now I know why that happened. His death forced me to move in a new place to forget that incident. And now, I met my ideal man.;-) And I'm getting married next year! ;-)

When I dont succeed I look at it as a learning experience. In everything we do it takes trail and error so the "NO PAIN NO GAIN"is as true of a statement there is.We all have to learn the hard way if we didnt fail we wouldnt know how to succeed.

All successful people have failed. Thomas Edison for example. Failure is a part of becoming successful, and you don't truly fail until you give up.

1) view it as a learning experience.

2) decide what, if anything , you would do differently in this or a similar situation in the future

3) decide you will handle things better or differently due to this knowledge
