You are overweight, and it is detrimental to your health. I think you know that. If you truly want to do something about it, that is your decision. But you do need to accept the fact that women come in all shapes and sizes, and fat women can be just as attractive as skinny gals, just keep yourself clean, do something about your hair, and you will outgrow the acne. There are free clinics to help you with your dental problems, please go have your teeth taken care of. Bad teeth can make you very sick. Try to dress so that your clothes look good on you. The one big mistake full-figured women make is to try to dress like the thin girls, and wind up with clothes that are much to small or not appropriate for their shape, and then they look fatter than they really are. Please don't wear tight clothes, you will be much happier if you look in the mirror and the first thing you see is not bulges, but an attractive girl who looks good in her clothes. And remember,all women are goddesses, whatever shape they are.
You sound as if you may be pregnant, have you taken a pregnancy test? The uncontrolled crying, the feeling sick in the morning, hormones out of balance. And no, you are not a baby, you just have to learn to accept yourself as you really are, and not give others the power to make you feel bad. Your bf is being insensitve, but then guys often are. Let him know what his comments make you feel like.

You are probably 20 lbs overweight. You don't need to weight around 110 lbs. I am 5'2.5" and I weigh anywhere between 113-125 is a good weight for me. Anything around 110 results in me appearing Mary-Kate Olson like. There is a myth that a person has to be 100lbs to appear beautiful, propogated by what the magazines say and celebs. But it is just a number. I look bad at 100lbs. Skinny, shapeless at 110. Five pounds more at 115 is even a little thin because I have no hips. But 120 is fine for me. For you individually, 160 lbs might not look bad at all whereas on someone else it might look big. Try to make a goal of losing 20 lbs, should be perfect. 20 lbs is not that hard to lose.

First, take a pregnancy test.
Second, don't listen to anyone that has stated that you are overweight. Until you find out if you are pregnant, don't focus on weight. The potential pregnancy has higher priority.
Third, most of the persons that stated you are overweight were probably using BMI as a measure. BMI stands for body mass index. However, BMI is not a perfect measure. BMI does not take into account muscle mass. Body builders and professional athletes would show up as overweight (or worse) on a BMI scale due to excess or disproportionate muscle. It is always best to consult a physician or nutritionist before making any radical changes to diet or exercise routine.

You are in the 92% percentile for your BMI.. which means to be HEALTHY you need to lose a little weight... just stop drinking sodas and you'll drop 15 pounds and be at a healthy weight before you know it.
But you have a lot of issues OTHER than just weight... that much is certain from just this little paragraph... and I'm not talking about your teeth and acne... your self image is low and you are pretty spastic.. maybe you are just upset while writing this.. but if this is your normal state you should see a doctor (should anyway if you think you are pregnant, don't delay a day) and tell him/her how you are feeling.

In today's society everyone is overweight. If you are 5'3 you should weight somewhere around 120/130. 30lbs is not enough to make you extremely overweight. If you want to shed those pounds then just diet some. Cut down on your fat intake for a couple of months and see what happins. I know it is the holidays and that can be hard to do, but do not go back for that second piece of cake or that third slice of pie.

you could lose 30 pounds. Try to over come this mess. You are still young.. Hope you're not Preg. if you're already having problems with the male in your life, being preg will only complicate it further..
It all depends on your frame.. If you have a large frame you could carry 130 to 135 lbs. I feel sad for you because of your youth.. I hope you overcome this worry of others and what they think, save some money and get as far away from home boy as you can...

You are overweight. You need to weigh around 110 pounds. Don't be so sensitive, a lot of people are overweight.
