I dont' know how to not be angry.
I'm angry with my school (HS) but that can't really change, i'm angry with the people in my classes, i'm angry at my friends and boyfriend.

Just so angry and can't figure out why.
Nothing's much worse or different than usual ..just recently i'm so freaking angry.

It's been this way for a while now, about a month and I feel bad for my good friends. I'll wake up in a great mood and by the end of the day bam. Angry.

Any suggestions?

My brother says that whenever he sees boiling water he feels like killing someone. Literally killing someone, he said he feels like taking a knife and stabbing someone or just strangling someone. He says it ONLY happens when he sees boiling water, not when he thinks about it. Also, if there's something in the water it makes it worse. It actually doesn't have to be water, anything boiling he said. Do any of you feel that too? Is there something wrong with him? Is he going crazy?

I'm being completely serious and I want a serious answer.

I love studying emotions and parts of the mind, not the scientific organ part but like the study of the mind and learning about memory, emotions, fear, etc. I also love giving advice to people when they have a problem. What should I be?

I keep hearing some people exude a friendly aura. Now, I am a very nice guy, yet I've been told I come off looking like a penis (synonym) sometimes.

What can I do to make myself appear more approachable and friendly? Please don't say smile, cause smiling at strangers or smiling randomly is just creepy lol.

Just how do you do it?
Do you have your own experience/example in ur life? and how long did it take you to forgive this person(s)?
why do they say to learn to forgive yourself?
For allowing the person to take your personal power away or what exactly?

I care about others looks and compare with mine and get sad, envious.
Is that just "high school student" stuff? When I get older, does it stop? or do I need to be conscious of not caring looks?

Often what is described as people not loving themselves enough is really too much self-centeredness, such as them being dissatisfied with some aspect of themselves such as their body or their career. Even when people self-critisize , it's really an attempt to get sympathy or validation that they are in fact the opposite of what they say. If someone hated themselves, wouldn't they be glad to suffer and purposely sabotage their lives instead of wanting more or trying to draw sympathy. But I've never heard anyone say that they'd want to be miserable.
