The reason why I asked this, is because I'm tired of trying: tired of working my butt off in relationships, at work, in life in general and getting nowhere. I'm tired of producing the type of life that is opposite to what I want. I'm tired of thinking positive, or whatever, and not having REAL LASTING change, in REALITY. I want to turn my whole life around.

"I want to turn my whole life around."
That's a powerful request, yet a very attainable dream! But first, you should be at peace with what you DO have and then build from there. Instead of thinking about all the things you're "tired of," try believing that it took you this far to get where you are, and you're grateful for it, but you want better and better things and so you're going to go for it!
Often, our subconscious is giving us a battering and saying, Who do you think you are? We'd all love to have that, but sometimes we just can't! Deal with it!"
But that's not true! Are you a good person? Do you feel you've paid your dues, so to speak, and now it's time for a little light to come into your life and give you more of what you've always dreamed of? Then decide that you DESERVE good fortune and an improved life. Tell yourself you're worth it and it's "your time." Because it is!
Despite the advice you've already received, "that Law of Attraction crap" really helps ... (unless you just don't get it. ) LOL Look up the "Law of Attraction" on the net or check out books by Esther Hicks/Abraham-Hicks. Borrow someone's DVD copy of "The SECRET" and get INSANELY inspired! Or buy a copy of O; Oprah's upbeat, inspiring magazine. Or check out her website!
I know where you are. You're at the bottom of the pit looking up saying, "I'm sick of this!!! I want out NOW!" I've been there. You can change your life 100%, but not until you decide you DESERVE it! (Everybody deserves it.) And then go find motivational words, books, websites and TV shows that will give you the hand up you need to turn your dreams into reality. Keep your motivated fire stoked with reading material, journals and discussions with like-minded people. There are more out there than we think!
Best, best luck to you.

Dreams as in goals or dreams as in the ones you have while you're asleep?
Either way, they have to be possible. Don't have a goal/dream of flying off of a building and gliding into the clouds because if you attempt that it obviously won't work. If you have a goal/dream about becoming a Doctor, however, that is very logical and possible; that would be one way to mold your dreams into reality.

As crazy as this might sound, the only limits we have are the ones we impose on ourselves. Therefore, for a person to say you cannot have a goal of flying off a building because it is not logical and it will not work, is true only in there case. Until they wholeheartedly believe otherwise, the illogical becomes logical, the impossible becomes possible, and we have a greater understanding of what we as godlike servants are capable of. If u believe you can do what others havent, that means its half ways manifested. The other half is up to you.

Good question.
Set realistic, attainable goals and apply yourself to achieving those goals.
Be tenacious and committed in the pursuit of your dream.
Don't give up and don't let other people discourage you.
Believe in yourself.
Henry David Thoreau said:
"If one advances confidently in the direction of one's dreams, and endeavors to live the life which one has imagined, one will meet with a success unexpected in common hours."

No more positive thinking! Start doing things to other people, really make your mark. Don't think about whether it's "good" per se. Think about what it takes to improve YOUR life.
