well, I think we all strive to be happy. happiness only stays with you if you remain stagnant. If one was truly aware of ones self, they would relize they could always better themselves. to learn more, love more, do more or be more. like evolotuion. those who are happy are lazy not fully aware. I'm not trying to be mean, only to push others and myself to be the best. and its never enough.
So to answer your question, I think love is the best. self love and love for others
