I love studying emotions and parts of the mind, not the scientific organ part but like the study of the mind and learning about memory, emotions, fear, etc. I also love giving advice to people when they have a problem. What should I be?

Take some psychology classes and see how you like it. Also, volunteer at any place that you can, that will give you a very broad exposure to whom you will be treating while you're studying and interning, and it will allow you to see if helping all people is what you want to do.

I agree: Psychology is the answer. More specifically, you are interested in cognitive psychology.
