Even I feel the same sometime.
Wat it reflect is that you hav your loved ones around you but they dont realize "How much you love them". That the reason when you sit alone & think of them, u feel like screaming "I Love You".
I knw its really hurting when the people you love the most fails to understand how much you love him.
But you hav no option "Love them Unconditionally"

I'm not much of a hugger, but YES...I have, many of times, felt like screaming, "I love you!" to the world...
It is a glorious feeling!
