To whom do you offer your compassion and kindness?

What are your personal reasons for showing kindness and understanding to another person? No matter who it is?

that sometimes intelligence is a curse
and sometimes physical beauty is a curse

i've seen so many intelligent people think too much, causing them to become depressed and sometimes self-destruct
and i know a girl who is as pretty as a model but a lot of people don't see pass that

being able to sign a long-term lease to live somewhere, make an ADVANCE reservation for a plane-even somewhere I want to go, make plans to get together with friends, make advance appointments for medical treatment. This society runs on schedules, advanced planning, signing leases, etc. and I freeze into paralysis with anxiety of being locked in to anything! Yes, that includes work (I freelance). I only can bear one day at a time. This is serious and I can't afford a therapist (which would require an advance appointment and money), so I would appreciate any help in this.

Often a person who is very dissimilar to you is easier to get along with than somone who has similar qualities and traits. After all, if you're both bossy, or if both are natural leaders, there could be some problems. So, if you were cloned, could you get along with yourself? Why or why not?

Ulrika Johnsons in it, they're telling everyone that they have a sex problem and need to be cured... if you don't have a mental problem I'm sure they can find one!

When I am with my friends, I do fine, but if I am around someone I don't know, I have the tendency to be really quiet and keep to myself. Giving the appearance that I am stuck up. If I get on an elevator I get kind of nervous and a bit sweaty. I know others probably think I am crazy, but I just can't help it. In class, I always sit in the front, so I really don't have an opportunity to make a lot of friends. Most people who sit in the front are more studious and are at college to actually learn, lol. JK. Seriously though, how do I calm myself down. I act perfectly normal around those that I know, but when I am around strangers, people probably percieve me as aloof.

I don't believe so but I wanted to hear what other people had to say.
Whether it's oral, vaginal, anal penetration or petting, caressing, kissing I feel that both parties involved have some level of attachment. In the case of rape it is still not without emotion (mostly negative). Thoughts...?

I don't want to hear it,
so just stop,
close your mouth,
and just walk away,
even if it's just for the day,
at least I'll have some serenity,
without having to be pestered by you,
can't you see,
I don't sympathize,
the words that come out of your mouth,
it seems like gibberish,
trying to comprehend what you enunciate,
feels like,
I'm trying to understand bird talk,
I've tried so hard,
to understand you,
but it's just not functioning,
maybe some other day,
I'll finally get you,
but for now,
please just let it be,
and walk away.

What do you think? Do you like it? could u please rate it from 1 to 10. OH and should i replace the word, "functioning" with the word "working" or just leave it alone?

it is common knowledge that for most people, the sun is generally a catalyst for positive feelings and those of winter/ rain are usually associated with more dreary and negative emotions. i've lived in the same area in mid east coast of the united states my entire life but i've always felt quiet different. during the summer, i find i'm almost always uncomfortable and the bright lights hurt my eyes. i generally become depressed and easily aggrivated during the warmer months but during winter, i am very on top of my thoughts and much more confident in myself and my style of
dress. i am really curious to understand why i am different in this regard than most every other human being that has ever lived :)
