Often a person who is very dissimilar to you is easier to get along with than somone who has similar qualities and traits. After all, if you're both bossy, or if both are natural leaders, there could be some problems. So, if you were cloned, could you get along with yourself? Why or why not?

We could get along with one another, but we wouldn't be best friends or anything like that. The reason is that while I am a pretty cool and decent person, I am also very "head strong" and like to have things my way. I can bend some, but not too much. So, yes, we could get along, but we would never be good friends. This was a very interesting question! Thank you for asking.

It is perfectly reasonable for a person, if they were cloned, not to get along with their cloned selves. For example, say you had an aunt who was very picky and obnoxious and just did not get along with the family. Then your friend had another aunt who did the exact same thing. At the next get-together, both aunts would eventually recognize that they share the same disdainful traits and would hate those traits when they saw it in the other person. But it's a whole different matter if they themselves practiced the trait. It's like the senario where two perfectly identical twins have on the same prom dress. One twin would hate the prom dress just because she saw it on the other twin. It's as if the other person is trying to become you...or in the cloning senario, the person is you. Not only would it be difficult to get along, it would be downright annoying and almost an invasion of privacy. The person is so much like you that its...well...disgusting.

Oh hell no! There is no way I'd put with the kind of crap I dish out on a daily basis. There isn't enough room on the planet to house two of me.

I probably wouldn't get along with myself very well, seeing as how a lot of things about myself would probably tick me off.
