If you were willing:
What steps would you take?
Could you step away from negative relationships if it meant bettering yourself?
Could you move ot of your home to ensure your safety?
Could you be the "shadow" person and not allow family, friends, co-workers, roommates, bosses, etc to walk all over you.

Or would it be too hard? (Of course it is hard! Change is never easy!)

But, what if you could get away from it all? How happy would you be?

No one is going to listen to you complain forever. Eventually they will be mad at you, because you would rather complain than fix it.

Could you do it? Look towards the future and never look back?

I know that all men are different. They have their individual opinions on what they like in a girl. But I hear that alot of men like "cute and sweet girls" then i hear that they like a girl "with attitude and wretched"...........I'm confused, which is better, to be nice or mean?

Kind of a dumb question , I realize that demographics and where a person lives has very little factor in their happiness , happiness comes from within . But Iv'e always felt that Californians are happier . I realize that we can run away from our problems , but we cannot hide .

From a certain age as a child; if words or practices are perpetually or repetivately forced into the mind of that child, what affect would it have on the development of his/her brain?
And If a parent/friend/relative was minipulative enough to make the child believe that it is him/her that is insain, or that no abuse had happened, is this severe mental abuse?
If you have any personal experiences first hand of severe mental abuse, and are in recovery I would be very grateful for your feedback -
Also if you are a psychologist, this would be helpful as well.
