I make myself laugh everyday. Wether i am laughing at myself for doing something stupid, or laughing at some lame joke i crack. Being able to laugh at yourself is an important part of life, it's better than being uptight, eh? :]

It would be pretty sad if you couldn't make yourself laugh. For anyone would hasn't... look at some old high school photo's (or for the young ones, elementary) and try to keep a straight face.

laughing is good. really healthy too. coz of all the endorphins it releases, which work like super mild painkillers-adrenaline. so the next time you have a headache put on Ali G or Russel Peters or whatever makes you laugh. coz it'll start to hurt less. try it! i just start laughin at my bf.
