I don't usually eat much sweet stuff, but did eat a lot of dried fruit and biscuits last week because I hit a lonely spot. I have not really binged like that ever before. Then I crashed right down into depression - it has lasted quite a few days.

Someone suggested it could be the sugar(s) which did this.

Does anyone else have this experience?

I am told that sugar gives you an instant 'high' which I have not noticed personally, but maybe I wasn't paying attention. I thought this was just an effect in the blood, not in mood.

If sugar does give a mood 'high', would the inevitable result be a deep depression - and if so, how long does it last?

Do doctors know about this, or psychologists? Why is it not more widely talked about?

I dreamt that I got my eyes tattooed. Well, at least that is how I understand it. Apparently in the weird world that was my dream, you could get your eyes colored. You would have the white part died/colored black, and the black glowed purple, and the pupil and normally colored part of your eye would have 'art'. I remember my right eye had a crescent moon, but, I cannot remember what my left eye contained. In my dream 'tattooing’ your eyes was common and did not hinder you vision in any way, also after your eyes were 'tattooed' they would return to normal in a few days.

I've tried a hallucinogenic drug like three years ago and i got so paranoid and scared. However, there are times that when i am around alot of people or in a closed space i get this panic attacks of anxiety and fear. This did not start after i tried that drug. Did the hallucinogenic drug that i took have to do something with what is happening now?

All i know is his approximate age is 50 and that the drawing included the tree on the left and a scribbled area on the right that is said to be his mother. Neither the mother or the tree are touching the ground.

So, like if i can fly in my dream, i'll fly around for a bit then after i'm back on the ground, i can't fly again or i can but not as high or for as long. Why is that?

spend all day sitting in their garden and complain to the coucil some of the allegations are stupid one was my daughter 25 had no clothes on i mean really stupid things, the housing officer believes their crap, i dont, even like going in my garden cos their always thier watching, she even chucked rubbish in my garden, what on earth is up with these people

Sometimes when I go to the mall or when i'm walking around I look at everyone.. and when i see all the people I say "everybody has a story." It fascinates me. The mailman. The bus driver. The cahsier. the asian lady doing my eyebrows. The homeless man i see everyday walking home...
everybody has a story of there own. A story to tell.Thats' why i tend not to judge. Everybody does something for a reason. And everybdy has a story. 6 billion stories...I am a teen who is lost... Knows what they want for the future (want to be a filmaker) but doesn't know how to accomplish it. Been through the worst things anybody can imagine. Poverty.Molestation.Homelessne... what's your story?

now that the law has changed t o allow under sixteens into the pub at certain times and over 13's are allowed unsupervised on the computers at the library and given that they have all the rights and no responsibilities does it make you feel oppressed? a friend of mine was in the gents' toilet and was sitting drunkenly on the toilet when a couple of unsupervised kids were looking under the door and I am being checked by a couple of black teen girls in the library because I made the mistake of remarking that they were falling up on top of me
shouldn't the spawn of satan go back to being seen and not heard?

I don't really know what to call this.
I have these dreams about things that will happen in the future.I remember them and then...they do.
It's sort of like deja vu but I remember them.
Example the other day I saw my friend Jessica saying something about her woodworking project and she said the extact phrase.Other examples include me standing in fornt of a friends door and her mother answering it with their cat in her hands. I just had a dream about my teacher yelling at the class in homeroom.It hasn't happened yet.Help?

I worry. I get anxious. Usually about my wife and my relationship with her. Sometimes I cling to her and can be smothering. Other times I find myself trying to manipulate her by being"cool" and trying to do reverse psychology. I really really love her and just want to be secure in her love for me.
