Maybe they know that deep inside they feel sad and lonely but try soo hard to get rid of those feelings but sometimes it can be hard. Just because someone looks like they are happy doesn't mean they aren't dieing inside.

I Really don't know that happens to me when i listen to a certain song it just makes me feel so lonely and sad.

Because if they felt sad and lonely when they MOST expected it, it wouldn't be a surprise.

It could be physical, such as hormones, or past experiences which surface when something reminds the person of them.

They hear a song or something that reminds them of something, they smell a smell that reminds them of something...
When I smell black and Mild cigars and a certain cologne, I cry b/c it reminds me of my late brother...
