I dreamt that I got my eyes tattooed. Well, at least that is how I understand it. Apparently in the weird world that was my dream, you could get your eyes colored. You would have the white part died/colored black, and the black glowed purple, and the pupil and normally colored part of your eye would have 'art'. I remember my right eye had a crescent moon, but, I cannot remember what my left eye contained. In my dream 'tattooing’ your eyes was common and did not hinder you vision in any way, also after your eyes were 'tattooed' they would return to normal in a few days.

I'm usually pretty good at interpreting dreams but I am inebriated, so it's a little difficult. White means pure, and black means evil or impure. Since the color goes away in a couple days, people are pretending to be someone/thing else. Eventually you will see the people in their lies, since everyone is doing it.

What does vision mean to you?
For me:
-eyes are my primary source of information from the outside world.
-Tattooing is a weird, semi-artistic version of scaring a body. Some are beautiful, but most are boring, ugly smears on otherwise beautiful skin.
-Vision is to be protected more than any other sense.
So, I would guess that, if this were my dream, I would be concerned about information I was receiving. The tattoo would signify (to me) dirty or contaminated information. Whatever is causing the contamination is temporary, and attractive in a way, but if I look I will be able to see what it is.
Learn what things symbolize for you. Keep a dream journal, and read books on dream interpretation. It can be a very worthwhile thing to do.

Moon

its about change for example all the color parts,of you, and "they would return to normal in a few days."
Its about you going through some kind of important change, trying to apply one, or make yoursef ready for one (change) in a vague fashion.
