Is it normal when nobody is around except you and to like pretend there are people and talk and stuff. Today i kinda did that and kind of imagined hanging out with other guys and talking about stuff but i have a boyfriend so now i feel guilty!

I have several recurring dreams.

1. I am chewing gum and it gets stuck in my teeth. I pull and yank and scrap and spit and gag, but I can not get it out. The background changes and I am usually walking around, but I always wake up sick to my stomach.

2. My teeth are breaking in little peices and I keep spitting and spitting but can't get them all out. I am usually standing over a sink.

3. I am driving in a car and the brakes dont' work until I'm past the red light or stop sign and I stop in the intersection. I never get hit.

In theory, technology enables us to be more powerful than any generation before us. But is also comes with a lot of distractions (particularly the Internet).

How does one optimally deal with that? Embrace it? Enjoy it? Trammel it? Pull the plug?

I was talking to my family about death and i described it as being unconcious(as in when we sleep),we know nothing and it's just black nothingness,i know i cant know what it's like but they disagreed saying it's not like sleep because when asleep we wake up,what do you think?

despite talking through the 'probable' causes I am still highly anxious in certain situations (in work meetings, on the bus, in any queue) I feel trapped and panic and nothing is working to relive the anxiety I feel. It's seriously ruining my life as I avoid all sorts of situations and at work its highly embarrassing as i have to attend lots of meetings (only to bolt out when i get a panic attack). I'm desperate. Has anyone had cognitive therapy for this and it worked? Please help me.

I been in many relationships.. (more than 40) good and bad and from every time I had a relationship even if got my heart broken or I broke someone else's heart I felt I had learn something new and had helped me in some way to become a better person..

but in my curent relationship he never even had a female friend and he is very unexperince on how you should be in a relationship.. he is doing many things wrong and yet I know he is very in love with me based on his actions rather his words.. and I do too...

but I been thinking if he get a bet more experince maybe it will help us build a better and much stronger relationship that may last forever...

I need to know if you would let him/her get experince if you were in my situation?


P.S. he is 26 and I am 22 and no I don't meant our sex life I meant relationship

This person had to give up a career due to health problems. Lost a loved one. Is now responsible for their parents and helping alot for grandchildren. Every time help has been sought after it has ended in a total deadend. Told to call someone else or given lame excuses why they can't help. Examples would be disability, v.a. benefits, medical Ins. Co. There is no ins. now can't go to the dr. or get meds that are needed. With so many dependent on them. So much pain and fear causes a total lack of faith.
