I was supposed to do that for an hour. It was a homework assignment. I could only stand to sit outside by myself for 30 minutes.

It felt like I was dying slowly...

Now that I'm in college, I know better. I can appreciate time alone... to connect with myself.

Sometimes I'll plan on watching TV, but I end up just sitting on the couch in a daze.

Or maybe that's me being creepy.

Yes, it will feel like a calm after a storm. This is called meditation. People derive great mental and physical health benefits out of this.

People are not made for the fast lane, high speed city life. Give your body and mind a break ! You will love you for it.

When I'm doing things around the house or when I'm driving. I never watch television but I'm always busy. Whether just thinking is positive or negative depends on what you think about. If you find yourself obsessing about some problem, it's better to get up and do something active.

Now I'm always on the computer, or watching television, doing homework, etc. I am always stressed.
