Blowing grossly loud bubbles on the bare bellies of a room full of romping three year olds. Seriously.

Most cool question! I am no "religious nut", but I do find that my happiness and peace comes from faith that is supported by others of similar beliefs.
Be careful if you move into this direction. Some such "groups" are most unhealthy. Faiths, groups and communities that are inwardly supporting and outwardly (society) focused tend to be the most healthy.

The one thing that makes myself truely feel happy is thinking. I think about,"What would happen if..." Sometimes I take something that I truely believe in and try to prove myself wrong. Try these out sometime, it puts my mind and spirit at ease.
PS: Your nickname is cool

Simply being here in this moment is resting in the inherent happiness of who you are.
Nothing needs to happen, or be done, or be added.

It differs for everyone.
There is no one true meaning.
some people might think it's love.
Others might think it's football.
For me, it's my family, I can always can always count on them and that gives me a peaceful feeling.
