It means that you had a dream. Sounds to me like you have been worrying about adequacy a lot.
Reminds me of a story I heard. A guy came home from work and his wife walks up to him and slaps his face. What was THAT for, the stunned husband asked. For having a small penis, she replied. He thought about that a minute and then walks over to her and knocks the stuffin right out of her. As she pulls herself up off the floor, she asks, What was THAT for? For knowing the difference, he replied. Ok, I know it wasn't that funny, but the point is that size really only matters to people obsessed with size. I would hate to think that my partner was only with me because of the size of my appendage. It might be different if sex was something to be engaged in for hours a day, but you can't do it all the time. So much other stuff is more important. I suspect that is part of the reason for so many divorces. When the flames die down, they realize there should have been more important criteria for a mate. Having said that, I realize that passion is real important early on in a marriage. If I knew all the answers, I would write a book and become wealthy.

Have no idea about dreams but being a realist think you are worrying about yourself with no due cause. Could you have boastful friends? My bet is you would beat them all in that area...........those who brag usually are the worried ones. Stop worrying, dreams are dreams. My mum used to say whatever you dream of it is usually the opposite. Does that boost your moral or what??? Incidentally she was usually right as in if you dream of a death it was a birth etc. So what's the odds I am right?

the phyological aspect of your dream is that you are self conuisous about your manhood and that you believe girls laugh at you behind your back.
If this is true what i am saying then size does not matter at all the spanking bit i believe is your fantasy of the role of sex nothing wrong with it as long as it is consented adults.
