I don't understand these weirdos. They see what it's costing them: family, time in jail, friend as well as self-esteem, but they stay that way. How do they rationalize it?

Forgive me if my question is too tawdry for your liking, but I genuinely want to know. How much alcohol does it take for you to get messy ? For example, how many beers would you say it takes for you to get tipsy?? drunk?? piss drunk??

Hi, I am working on a term paper for developmental psychology. Right now I am trying to come up with a topic, we can pick almost anything that we want. It has to do with development of the human obviously, and it has to be answering a question of some sort. My major is psychology and I am interested in the future in working with genetic disorders. So, I am trying to come up with a question that I can find research on and write a term paper on. Any ideas would be appreciated. thanks!

I know that sex should not be a hidden topic. However I don't understand why some have to use it in such a leud manner to answer questions. For example I don't appreciate getting leud answers about some saying they masterbate. I could care less. Frankly go to a sex therapist and get over you inhabitions. It's not attractive to me and it more or less tells me you don't respect yourself to broadcast your personal habbits.

After accidently giving out some false information regarding my schedule to my boss, I now have to approach him and ask him to revise my work hours once more (thankfully, for only one work day). He's a cool guy, but I still dread inconviniencing him in this way, and the consequences that may occur as a result. Plus, I'm a naturally shy person, and I don't enjoy confronting other people in this manner.

How can I come across as cool and confident, and not weak and pathetic?
