Been bullied at school is a very serious thing and the long term affect is devestating, your confidence lacks very much because of this, get someone who you trust and talk talk talk about this, then go to a trained councerler and have a few sessions with them about this problem and slowly this confidents will come back. I have a partner that was like this and now is 95% of her life confidence. doing what i have said works. Try it.

You seam a young person to me, and of course I feel your discomfort, though you know well that bullies are exactly the reason why you can't understand your self, and your own need to become in-touch with the it-self. Perhaps you where the cause that a bullied couldn't resist the temptation to become and destroy you, morale?, mentally, Spiritually?, psychologically?, to make you loose all confidence and believed that you are any better for your self than any bulliest. He did this to you because you make him without doing nothing totally miserable. Perhaps went this happen or begun to happen you weren't even aware yet of your self, Well after that such awareness will begin to show, though you have lost some confidence about you, the with-in, your own Ego, the I, ! I know that if you say I'M, and you can listen to your own persona, (self), truly, you can begin to live again.<<<< It happen to all and the best of us, because we need to learn better, because we will have better and more chances that any bully, to learn and practice the best way to be good, peoples and better Humans.>>>>You have my E-m!

You may be suffering from what is called social anxiety, just keep your self out and about, try not to stay in too much other wise it will get worse, left school 3 years i F**** hated it, and luck hasnt really followed me much out of school so not exactly overwhelmed with confidence, if you fancy a natter give me a shout ;)

If you are determined to help yourself and change your life then I would suggest some self help books. There are some great ones in all book shops so choose a couple that work on self confidence and self esteem and read through them and do the activities suggested in them. This system was recommended to me by my doctor as an alternative to therapy and it really worked for me, my life has improved dramatically

Unless you have an amazing mind, i dnt think there is any way that u can get better unless u see a counsellor, a life coach, go to a self help group etc.

I can be hard at first, and u might think u cnt jus spk to ppl but wen u get to know them, if deep down u are feelin really bad and u cnt take it anymore then u will jus spill it all out anyway,

Gd Luck

You could try to help yourself but I think you need more than that.
Ask your GP to refer you for councilling or look for services in your local phone directory.
You should also consider joining some club or classes doing something you are interested in. Like minded enthusiasts always have something to talk about.
Please get help and dont let shyness or lack of confidence ruin your life.
Good Luck.
