at a non-busy time of the year, go to the nearest two year junior college in your area and take a career assessment test (usually it's free) and by answering a lot of questions on a test (no, there is no right answer so don't try to outsmart it) and they will tell you what type of jobs you are suited for. It would be good for you to take a few courses (the first year is usually a repeat of your high school courses such as english, math, basic algebra and you'll need those if you plan to go further in college anyway). Or, you can determine from what grades you had in high school whether you were better at mental or physical tasks. If it's mental tasks then start into college taking one course at a time. If it's physical tasks then consider going to a technical school. Technical schools could be anything from woodworking, wiring, plumbing, etc. Check out the internet search engine under "technical schools" in your area. Remember that you will need a few good references (that have super good things to say about you) and a good resume, A's for grades, so choose something you like doing and could do for 80 hours per week and never get tired of it. Good luck.

I don't think you have a problem. I think it is smart to think about it awhile you don't want to start off in some direction and halfway there you realize you are headed the wrong way. The problems are just part of becoming an adult they seem bad at first but you will get the hang of solving them. All the other students that look like they know what they are doing they probably don't know either, when you are young it takes awhile to learn about yourself. I am confident you will find your place in the world.

Hopefully you will get a lot of encouragement by asking this question. We all go through these times in life. Sometimes many times. Choose something that interests you, and go for it. Going to college (junior, liberal arts are best) is a good option if you are ready. Or get a job.
If you don't like what you are doing, then change. Be creative, be flexible.
Most importantly, be prepared to make changes at any time in life.
Problems are temporary. Look for solutions, solve them, move on.

Trust me. This is not the All time low in your life. Millions of people would kill to be where you are and to have the ability to do things over again.
My advice? School is always a good option. If you have a great idea, now is the time to act upon it since you are young and have little liabilities.

well. It doesn't matter really but that you do .what you wont and like and enjoy doing.making money in the long run is not what most people are satisfied with in their life.live a little. explore.yourself and the world.find out what it is you truly like and wont to do the rest of your life. or for just right now till you find something. life is to be explored and conquered and enjoyed.I personally have done just about every little thing I have ever wonted to do, and I have done a lot.Its been fun and sad at times.but do have dreams.read, study things your interested in.Be all you can be.in side and out side yourself, look to your soul and the spirit of God for guidance, within yourself. is were you can & will find most all true knowledge and wisdom.but inch by inch anythings a cinch , take it one day at a time with faith in yourself, dont doubt yourself.be yourself. go for it.exersize is good for depresssion. eat right , no sweets and white four products. only whole natural foods. take a b vitamin complex for stress.and other things it does for you.just have faith. tell yourself good things not bad things dont reinforce the bad. in force the good.thoughts, read some positive thinking books which changed my entire life, for the better, do the methods they teach to you in the books.Go to a church if your so inclined .for fellowship .with positive minded folks. its whats in your heart that truly matters, though. have love .fror yourself and others. dont hold grudges against yourself and others, I have noticed that this hurt me and made me depressed, just remember to tell yourself good things. dont reinforce bad thoughts , let them go.and for me when i got a pet , it helped my depresssion. Good luck I wish for you the very best in your life.Peace.
