I think you have a problem with writing as well. If you are referring to answering in class, it is simple. Look at one person and talk to them. I am not saying stare at some one just look at their for head and talk to that. you will soon forget there are others around and feel easier next time you have to answer questions, as well I would practise on other people. say good morning to 3 people you might know. other than your family. Make eye contact with 3 people and just smile Practise practise, and soon it will become easier
