I have done many hours of google research for my Yahoo Groups goal-setting and humility-humor. I have never found anything about goal-setting and humor. Goal-setting seems to be regarded as an overly serious activity which I find discourages me from goal-setting, especially for career goals.

When I was 5 years old, my dog, Woofie, died after being bitten by a rattlesnake, and I was devastated. I also became obsessed about death and what it meant.

I don't know much about dreams, and lately I have been having a reoccuring dream that is freaking me out!
I am usually at home and I am just sitting there, and I get a call from my Grandmother. We talk for a few seconds about nothing and then she drops the bomb. She says that she is pregnant!

I don't remember my dreams often, so this dream is Really(!) bugging me. HELP!

Let me first start off by saying: I'm Confused!!

There's a guy I met not too long ago at my church who I befriended. One Sunday, we were designated as the primary organizers of the annual "Nursing Home Visit" program [Hence, this is how he got my number]

To make a long story short, any time we talk, we can go on from as little as 30 minutes to hours--just talking. In fact, recently we were both coming from a church program and happened to be getting on the same bus ----and we BOTH missed our bus stops because we were so focused on our conversation with one another. Any time we talk, it just -flows.

He's not drop-dead gorgeous or something out of a magazine, but he's certainly Not ugly.

Any advice?

Okay, so it really doesn't bother me or anything, but why am I so differant form everyone? Even when I think I am being normal, people think I am odd/peculiar/weird. A lot of people love me for it (rather than in spite of it), but I am just curious about WHY I am that way? I don't even know WHAT characteristics make me differant. People just say I am differant/weird/peculiar.

I have thought maybe it has something to do with the paranormal? But I don't exhibit the most tell-tale signs of being a vampire or anything (real vamps, not like the undead or something like that). In fact, I am almost the anti-psyvamp (I prefer to be submissive over the dominating one, for example).

But it is confusing, because I had a girl refuse to date me because I "strive on being differant", and I thought I was really being normal around her...

Also, for those who DO beleive in the paranormal stuff like vampires, is there perhaps something else along those lines that I might be?

I'm hypoglycemic and I faint about once a month. I'm 18, 5'2 and 101 lbs and head cheerleader. My bf is also 18, quarterback, star of basketball team, 6'2, 190 lbs.

Tonight I fainted during our fill the gym basketball game. Lets just say the gym was full. I usually wake up from fainting on my bed, on a bench or in my bf's arms. This time, I woke up, everything was blurry and all I could see was the ceiling of the gym but I was moving about to go under a door. I felt all these hands under me (including one up my skirt) and I screamed and started shaking until they finally lowered me. It was the group of fans from our team who paint their bodies. I dont know why they had to carry me like that and even though I appreciate them moving me, I'm so confused. Why would everyone in that gym let them do that to me? I'm freaked out by what happened, how can I request that they handle me differently next time without being pushy? And why would they carry me like that?

Okay guys.. Please help me out.

Can't get the man of my dreams (but yet the one I dumped ) out my mind....I adored him, but yet he pissed me off.

While we were together his efforts were real and obvious, but when we were apart his attitude was so arrogant.

He is really showing he is still interested. He's really everything I hoped in finding except the arrogance. He really is a Great catch, but he doesn't know I feel that way. He has every right to be arrogant because of his accomplishments, but still enough was enough.

Now that he knows I am involved in a serious relationship, his efforts are more intense, and in all reality, he is the one I want to be with.

What do you think? Is he playing me because I dumped him as he told me once "no other girl has ever stood up to him." Am I only a challenge to get back to dump? Does he really care? Or is he just screwing with me? Help me out... He's 49 and I'm 35. Don't you think we are way too old for? :)

The school that I go to, there a lot of wealthy people (the majority) and I am not very wealthy, you could say just regualar people. But I always tend to fall for the guys with a lot of money and we are fine at first but then they act different when we get to know eachother. They always go for the rich stuck-up girls and I dont know what to do. I cant help liking who I like and they are nice people but what do I do?
