Can a compulsive liar get any better if they work on it by going to therapy, support groups and working on it themselves?

Please give me some hope!

I keep having dreams that I'm pregnant....and my latest one was that i went through the labor, and my baby was a girl, but then when we took her home, she was a boy?!? Strange.

I'm just curious if this has any kind of meaning?

i think i have a ghost in my house. i get cold feelings here and there...does that mean it could be a good ghost or a bad ghost? or maybe a ghost doesnt even exsist in my home, but i hear a lot of footsteps, but no closing/opening of doors.

i am not strong to protect myself from someone anoy me.i can not say her or him that her or his behavour bother me so much.i just bequiet.maybe you think it is not about loviny yourself but i know if i allow someone bother me it shows that i do not love myself and respect myself.and i always think the good things shuld not come to me because i think i am not good enough.and i can not change somthing that i do not want to be in my life.such az be lazy and eat too much.

Doctor stated it was my intent to kill people. I never said that. I said I now understand why people go postal. I left the office stating "F-U" and the Doctor called the police on me and had me arrested for making terrorist threats.

You are talking to a person about an issue that affects the two of you.
The person twists anything and everything you say. You make an attempt to explain what your true meaning is or was so they will have a better understanding of what your perspective is.
They still twist what you have said, accuse you of saying something else that has nothing to do with the issue, or take a small part of what you have said and then try to make it an issue.
Anyone have a good strategy for dealing with people who behave like this? If so what was the most effective strategy you used?
Where do you think this behavior comes from?

Hi guys, I've been holding my emotions in for some years now and I've developed panic attacks from not dealing with it...
I had a really big shock today but instead of holding it in and developing a panic attack I vented the anger on my printer. It's ok it was broken anyway but after smashing it against a wall several times I felt great.
I could do with more suggestions for safely venting maybe a sport or something.
Any idea's what do you lot do?

Booze just doesnt do it for me and sometimes I would just love to get high. Is this immoral and if so why would it be if getting plastered with booze is ok since basically you end up with the same result.
This is my stupid question for the day...glad I could be a part of the running.

I have always had alot of insecurities... and one of the worst has been happening here lately..... I feel like... I cant even eat because it will make my face fat.. and when im hungry and DO eat.. I feel like a failure because i feel like my face is bigger... why is this?.. how can I stop it?

Ok, so here's one for ya.
I could give examples but if you've spent more than 5 minutes here you'll have some idea.
Now someone makes a judgmental most often stereotypical (cliched) remark about religon or race, and they get "jumped" on faster than you can type p r e j u d i c e .
however, someone makes a derogatory remark about people based on something else for example gender and less specificly culture, and you could write an essay before 3 people have made any kind of protest.

I'm not suggesting that the "politcally correct" brigade need to tighten their scene, in fact i've had enough of them!
And it's places like this that point out a lot of the preposterous nature of their complaints about healthy debate, and use of regular language.

I guess my point is real simple
I witness:
You can diss for a person (or peoples) but if you mention race or religion, people will complain.
WHY?
