who fiercely and obsessively desires to kill this person. What is this person's pscychological problem. I think this person is on the verge of being a psychopath, what do you think?

probably "this person" had done something horrible to this "individual"

or

he is on the verge of being a phsycopath

(how scary though) you should do some more research about the phsycopath and if the person has any connection to the indiviiduals past.

This type of information really shouldn't be discussed on a bulletin board. I know that you're not revealing your identity, the identity of the clinic you work for, or the identity of the patient, but it's really borderline unethical to seek advice about this here if you're working as a clinician.

The best thing to do is to talk to your supervisor. If the patient is making threats or is talking about killing someone, you are obligated to talk to your supervisor about this anyway.

Good luck.
