The conditions or results that determine the level of insecurity or uncertainty that a person can handle do not limit me. The Lord tells me that He will not put more on me than I can handle. I trust in the Lord to know what I can and cannot handle.

My daughter suffered with an anxiety disorder. Brought about by her grandmother's death and her husband divorcing her. With her heart racing and her inability to breathe, she felt as if she were dying. She feared death and even contemplated suicide.
The medications were horrible, Zoloft, Paxil, etc. Today, she is free of anxiety and excessive compulsive disorders. Nightly, she reads the Bible and keeps Jesus on her mind daily. You will laugh, but she had the spirit of her grandmother and once she was released, she was healed. The mind is one of the vital areas where the armor of God is needed. No better way to cover the mind than with thoughts of Jesus.

Again, most people will laugh, but the Bible says, "We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Spiritual wickedness had my daughter obsessed and afraid. Her grandmother also suffered with obsessive compulsive disorders. It was a family curse until it was broken.
