I am down in the dumps. I despise my body and myself. I'm not always like this. There are days where I love everything about me. But not today. Any ideas how to feel good about myself permanently? At least close enough to permanently? I find it hard to finish work, and it doesn't help when there's a deadline. Please, any ideas to help get rid of this feeling would be greatly appreciated.

There are times when I think like the world would be better off without me. I feel like such an idiotic person- with no future, nothing to keep me going. I recently got in a fairly serious car accident and I’m lucky to be alive in a matter of speaking, yet I almost wish that I wasn’t here. I feel so inadequate, like everything I do is never good enough. One of my biggest challenges I face is the thought that I’m this completely stupid human being. I feel like I’m incapable of using my mind...I would like to believe that I am bright, intelligent, and capable... yet I feel so brainless.
Does anyone experience this? And I don’t strictly mean feeling unintelligent or stupid. I mean do you ever wish you weren’t living.

Have you ever had a dream where you think of something and then at some point in your life experienced the exact smae thing in your dream? I mean people say that is deja vu but wouldn't deja vu occur when you are awake? So basically when you reocccur something in life that happened in a dream does that mean we are psychic?

We all live in a hectic world. Work to be done and a lot of people to meet, so you may find it hard to find time for yourself. The bills keep coming in, the power is knockned out by a storm, or your commute to work has been effected by a blizzard, and or a flood. In your day what type of routine or lack of routine do you like to do to reduce your stress and overall health.

Why humans arent afraid about death from aging but when it comes to all other death causes, we are scared as hell. What if one day you found out that you are the only 1 who will die from aging and all humans in the world have unlimited life span, will you be constantly worrying about death as in when will it happen to you?

Where does this person fit in?
She always wears black shirts, like, plain usually. Or band shirts, w/jeans. She doesn't like dresses, but skirts sort of. She's shy, but not around her own friends. She's constantly paranoid about everything around her. After each day, she replays events in her head and thinks of how she made a fool of herself. She does everything 3 times. Everything. When she looks at numbers on digital clocks, she makes them equal 3, 0, or 6, (using math)
She's really intelligent, but never applies herself: she is a procrastinator. She gets awkward with people and hates social gatherings.
She waits for motivation. She's an artist, or a musician, or a bookworm, or a band geek; she gets bad grades but aces Every test.
She is friendly, and knows many people, but doesn't think of them as best friends.
She does wonders when motivated. Her family tears her apart. She is jealous of her sister's extroverted disposition. She always doubts herself.
Average girl, right..?

Are there any other ways than spending money at spas (which really does sound nice but I'm broke). Something quick and easy that I can do at home.

Well, lets say that there is this person that you think is "perfect". You see them as being "perfect". Although they are not. Was this a misperception or perception? Was it a misperception because you saw them as being "perfect" even though they weren't, or is it a perception of "perfection" just because you thought so. Hmm...it's kinda hard to understand. If u dun understand, then just read the 3 sentences >_< !

i was on the bus today with my friend britt,
and we live in hawaii, so it was kinda hot..
i was thinking about some new songs i could download later.
there wasnt anything special about the moment,
i was bored and hot and tired of sitting on the bus
but all of a sudden, i got this really cool chill,
really really cold, so cold, i shivered.
(which isnt all that often)
i asked britt "damn, wtf was that?? are you cold too?"
and britt said no,
but when we looked down at my arm,
i had goosebumps, full on.
all the small thin hairs on my body was sticking up.
but only for two seconds, then it went away, and i was hot again.
we were freaked out, but what does it mean???
there was no wind or anything,
it just all of a sudden happened.
please help me out, its been buggin me all day.

Sometimes, I think so. I consider myself a pretty deep and intelligent guy. People have told me so all my life. But overthinking seems to be my tragic flaw. People have also told me that I over analyze everything, which can make me a killjoy. It seems very hard to analyze and enjoy something at the same time. I love being intellectually capable, but sometimes I think I'd enjoy things more if I could just turn off my brain. Anyone out there have similar thoughts?

Growing up, I was a big fan of Philosophy, strategy, reading, and the internet. Anyway, as a result of either this or genetics, I've managed to be intelligent.

But I'm not using it well! My grades are not nearly as good as they should be, and I spend too much time on the internet browsing for more information to fill my mind with.

Please give me motivation to finally start using my intelligence for something that will have a positive effect on the real world or the way that others perceive me!
