For the old saying:

"Is the glass half full or half empty?"

I ilke this answer for that question:

THE GLASS IS NOT HALF FULL OR HALF EMPTY, THE GLASS IS TWICE AS BIG AS IT NEEDS TO BE FOR THE AMOUNT OF LIQUID

Lateral thinking! Normally people will focus only on the liquid not the glass. I think it seems like our daily life when there is something happened, we automatically starts noticing others but not ourself. Everything has 2 sides. Focusing on the liquid or focusing on the glass.

Never thought of it that way. Better answer cause sometimes I feel like the glass is half full and then other times it is half empty. I am not all the time optimistic or pessimistic.

Thanks for the chuckle, Justin!

I've always tried to have a positive outlook on things (half-full), but sometimes it seems like someone knocks the glass over and I'm left with an empty glass!

you actually have a good way of thinking theres nothing wrong with your answer at all. I myself have always looked to see the glass as half full and needs more liquid.

That, dear Justin, is a very interesting and original answer to that saying. I would just love to know how a psychiatrist would categorize you - pessimist, optimist, or none of the above...Actually, I like your answer. (What does that make me??)

humm... Never quite saw it that way, but it is rather interesting. Being an optimist I kind of like that.
