Why humans arent afraid about death from aging but when it comes to all other death causes, we are scared as hell. What if one day you found out that you are the only 1 who will die from aging and all humans in the world have unlimited life span, will you be constantly worrying about death as in when will it happen to you?

I think that humans aren't afraid of death from old age because that's really the best way to go--after living a full life. All the other causes of death seem to be not only unexpected, but they happen before it seems fair--if I were to die from a car crash tomorrow, I haven't had the chance to do all sorts of things yet! But if I die in bed at 99 years of age...well, I should've been able to do pretty much everything I've wanted to by then.

If I were the only one who could die from old age, I don't think I'd worry about it any more than I do now, but I might gripe about it a little bit more. No fair!

Personally, I'm VERY afraid of dying from aging. I would rather die early from an unexpected/tragic/odd cause than to grow older and older with all of the health problems and physical deterioration that generally start creeping up on us as we age. I think people ARE worried about it subconsciously (dying from aging) - which is why people undergo cosmetic surgery and are always trying to do everything they can to LOOK younger. Our society has grown to value tragic and unexpected experiences, so these types of death just get more coverage, attention, and fear. Plus, most people are the opposite of me and would RATHER die from age so that they could feel they had led a full life. ;P

In response to your second question, I would try not to worry about WHEN it would happen. (Of course I would probably have lots of moments of sadness knowing that I was the only one who would ever die!!) Instead, I guess I would just try to make the most of my life and my relationships so that the people I knew (who would be living forever) would never forget me!

It is bcoz the former is a natural cycle where every human will goes through but the later is that we are being killed in either accident or illness where most of us have never thought of. So naturally we are more afraid of such things.

Everyone knows that if nothing else gets them, eventually time will. It is that everything else that bothers people. It is the fact that it may not be the last possible door that slams shut on them. There may be doors that slam shut enroute.
