Think if u were a kid, what you could not do in your child hood. Then upgrade those thing a little bit. You'll feel that you have a lot of activities.
In second phase, go for jogging, walk in the park.
Play some thing, listen to music. Join some boating club or flying.
Go for hiking or gliding or para jumping etc.
My Friend you can create such a tremendous life, that will be enjoyable.

I have found that tough times require more action than thoughtful brooding around and the reason for that is because when you start over analyzing your situation all you have to compare it to is the unfinished present which might not be the end all result of your efforts. This is especially true when present hardships are a result of some imbalance against you. You start to feel victimized and that often leads to self pity which is never a good emotional phase no matter what the situation because it tends to cloud judgment. The other situation is guilt when the imbalance is due to some self-imposed imbalance due to poor past decision making. In such cases personal health is of utmost importance, good nutrition, plenty of rest, positive outlook and an attitude of mobility to take charge and change circumstances is what's in order. Serene Meditation that calms is a good habit for clearing oneself of emotional toxicity. Other support should focus more on action oriented help as opposed to just emotional soothing. This is why it is crucial to be drug/ medication free and to avoid emotional over-reactive people who get joy out of dramatic roller coaster ridding with exotic philosophies and worst yet "spirituality" religions and so on. When things are not right here on the physical plane the last thing needed is some escapist route into la la land where everything dissolves into an endless road of distractions and false emotives. I'm not saying you need to become an atheist but many religious predators make a good living peddling their junk off vulnerable people using smoooth phrasing that has psychological soothing effects much like drugs. People will take advantage of you when you are down--be watchful and alert. The bible even says that. Change the reality around you, the real one not imagined one, also work in some exercise time (go slow if you are not in shape but move). Stay calm, clear thinking, brush up on your logical mental processing and listen to steady beautiful music that inspires (avoid music which over incites in any way). Abstain from sexual maneuvers, (that's right I said it--it works) adopt a Spock-like attitude of solution-making-implementing,readjusting... reanalysis and recouping as you go. This is how I manage--I do wish you well....

you have to escape the usual routine and aspects of your life. Try to be more adventurous, by doing something different or get a life coach, other wise there is a lot of books about how to change your life... you can also travel... or even get some sense of humor if you do not have any. Have an interest a passion a purpose and feed it. Get a new goal and chase it, work on it. Or even do something great for other such as community service, that will make you feel better.

Well life is what you make it. How you feel about yourself is reflected onto others you associate yourself around. Try planning that vacation you want to go on without delay. Have a nice walk in the morning and think positvely, reduce your want for material needs and just enjoy your day. Life has a lot instore for you and all of us in this world. We all go through times of bordem and what we do to change that is a determining factor in how we feel. Be around people who are postive, easy going, out going, adventerous, intellectual, and the list goes on. You must let go of your fear too meet others and feel comfortable walking up to a stranger. See others as a friend you dont know yet and love life, read a book, watch an insipring movie, exercise, also continue to keep moving and never feel down. Look up when you feel sad and keep on going when you feel happy. Love life and life itself will go your way. Motivate, Exercise, Communicate, Celebrate, and Smile :). It's your life and you are not alone so get out there.

Go to the park and watch all the people, walk around a pond if it has one, watch the ducks and geese and notice the simplicity that is there. Just a couple throwing a ball back and forth, someone reading, people jogging the path alone, old couple walking the jog path, someone walking a dog and notice that most passersby say hello! amazing! Guaranteed to change your mood to the bright side! :)

be outgoing and try to meet new people. There are over millions of people in this world you can't meet them all so just try to meet as many people you can. That should keep you busy for a long time.

hi ramya... ur question is really strange. i mean u have just said that ur life has becum boring, u have not mentioned the reason why is it boring.. let it be.. its ur look out.....
i would suggest u to find out the actual reason wat made u feel that ur life has becum boring.. its always better to solve any problem from its roots.. so just note ur reasons n think over them neither from ur way nor from ur family members way.. look the problem from a strangers point of view then only u'll able to understand the pros n cons of it...
nextly share ur problems with ur friends n family members whom u trust.
go out make friends, hangout wid them. since u might be having chat id jst chat around wid peoples try making frnds...
jst believe in urself n think positively n be optimistic.
lastly always keep on smiling this is how u'll genearte happiness in ur life..
