Have you ever had a dream where you think of something and then at some point in your life experienced the exact smae thing in your dream? I mean people say that is deja vu but wouldn't deja vu occur when you are awake? So basically when you reocccur something in life that happened in a dream does that mean we are psychic?

I do, I get accused of being psychic all the time. However, I choose to avoid labeling my experiences as paranormal. I choose to think of it as having an exceptionally logical mind. When you sleep, your subconscious feeds you information. Dreams are a way of sorting out and organizing your thoughts, regardless of how your conscious mind interprets those images. So, during the day, your conscious mind picks up of subtle clues, then when you sleep, your subconscious minds organizes it into a likely scenario. For example, have you ever gotten that niggling feeling that someone you love is angry with you but you have no idea why? Then you have a dream that they exploded at you over a dish you left in the sink, then told you that thing that is bothering them? Then the next day, it happens almost exactly the way it did in your dream? Your subconscious reminded you and told you what you'd done. The mind is a complicated thing. If you learn to pay attention to your surroundings, you'd be amazed at what you can see. Logical conclusions. My friends also think I'm a mind reader. Ha! I just read their face and body language. This is how most "psychics" operate. I'm just more honest about it and do not claim to be a psychic. Instead, I choose to claim that I am an intelligent, observant and logical person.

It could mean that... we all have power within ourselves that goes untapped. Science proves that. We do not use most of our DNA to fuction as the typical human being does. Do not be afraid of this embrace it. I belive when you have dream and deja vu that you need to apply that information to help yourself or tell someone to help them. I had 2 dreams and a vision of the same scenario of someone I was close to. My son had a simarlar dream as well. I told the person it was about and it has helped him chnage his life!!!!

I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense. The Psychic Sense.

it happens to me a lot, both in dreams and when I am awake...sometimes it scares me because it's about a missing person, and then they find them dead like in my dream, only in my dream I didn't realize who it was...anyway, they say when you have deja vu, it means your life is going in the right direction, and it seems that way to me usually when it happens (now that I know to notice)...
