At over 50, sure, I can't jump as high, run as fast or do many things that came so easily when I was in my 20's. But to have the experience of tragedy, joys, and all the things that a life well lived contributes to my life today more than makes up for it.
I think it is better to enjoy all of the memories, good and bad, than to anticipate them. And use those experiences as a foundation for wisdom.
So what do you folks think?
