Not entirely sure why I feel this way. I'm really tired, and I know that that doesn't help, but ever since about 6pm I've been feeling kinda down, and like I could burst into tears. Before this I was feeling pretty good, I went shopping this morning and really enjoyed myself. Maybe I should just try and sleep it off, but I get the feeling that if I go to bed, that I will start crying.

You may be suffering seasonal depression. I think everyone at some time or another feels sorry for themselves..me probably more so than anybody. However, I usually log on to this site and hear how people have lost family or friends to death. I read the mental health section and realize that those people feel the same way I either do or have and I can't help them...it really helps. Of course, I laugh a lot on this too with some of the questions and answers so that helps too
